Role Overview: We're looking for a Client Success Lead to build and manage our customer success program. You'll be crucial in ensuring our users get maximum value from our platform while driving adoption and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement customer onboarding strategies • Create training materials and documentation • Manage support operations and service quality • Drive platform adoption and feature utilization • Collect and analyze user feedback for product improvements • Build relationships with key accounts • Monitor and improve customer satisfaction metrics Requirements:
• 3+ years in customer success or account management • Experience with SaaS platforms • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Data-driven approach to customer success • Problem-solving mindset • Experience with support tools and CRM systems Preferred:
• Experience in logistics or transportation industry • Background with technical products • History of building customer success programs • Knowledge of customer success metrics and KPIs
