Website inquiries collect your name, email address, optional company, selected topic, message, consent acknowledgement, and an anti-spam field. Do not send identity documents, card details, or sensitive shipment information.

Personal-account registration at portal.muftar.com collects your name, email address, password, email-confirmation state, and the version and timestamp of your policy acceptance. Authentication is provided through Muftar-owned Supabase Auth.

Vendor applications at vendors.muftar.com/apply collect the applicant's name, email address, company, website information or a request for website support, description, affirmative policy acceptance, and application status and review history. Partner applications at partners.muftar.com/apply collect the same information plus a service category.

Inquiry information is used to understand and respond to questions about the product, pricing, support, or privacy. A successful inquiry submission creates a reference for authorized staff review; it does not mean an email was delivered.

Account-registration information is used to create and secure a personal account, confirm the email address, authenticate sign-ins, and record the policies accepted during registration.

Application information is used by authorized Muftar staff to assess the submission, communicate about it, and maintain its status and review history. Approval does not automatically create an account or grant portal access.

Inquiry and application records are stored in MuftarRebuild and are restricted to authorized Muftar staff. Personal-account authentication is handled through Muftar-owned Supabase Auth. Lovable hosts this public website. Hosting and error-reporting services may process technical requests, page paths, and error details to deliver the site and investigate failures.

To limit spam and abuse, public inquiry and application intake services also process technical request information and pseudonymous rate-limit identifiers derived from the IP address and email supplied with a request. This description does not state that raw IP addresses are stored.

This policy covers public registration and authentication records, but not freight, document, payment, organization, or other operational data later handled inside the Muftar portal. Those operational services are governed separately.

Covered records are kept only as reasonably needed to handle the account, application, or conversation; maintain relevant operational and security records; and meet applicable obligations. No fixed deletion period or guarantee of immediate deletion applies here.

Use the contact form with the Privacy topic to request access to or correction of covered information, ask for deletion, or withdraw permission for inquiry or application follow-up. Muftar staff will review the request against the relevant record and applicable obligations.

The legal operator name, address, and formal effective date remain to be confirmed. This policy remains limited to the website, public registration and authentication, inquiries, and application intake described above.
