Terms of Use

These terms govern use of muftar.com, creation of a free personal account through portal.muftar.com, website inquiries, and public applications submitted through vendors.muftar.com/apply or partners.muftar.com/apply. Operational portal data and organization workflows are governed separately. These terms are not a paid-service agreement.

You may register for a free personal account by providing accurate account information, choosing a password, confirming your email address, and accepting the policies presented during registration. Keep your sign-in credentials confidential and do not use another person's identity or account. Creating a personal account does not activate paid services, an organization workspace, or operational modules.

Applications must contain information you are authorized to provide and that is reasonably accurate. Muftar may review an application, record its review status and history, request clarification, approve it, or decline it. Submitting or receiving approval for an application does not automatically create a personal account, grant portal access, activate an organization, or guarantee a commercial relationship.

Do not submit another person's sensitive information, identity documents, payment-card details, sensitive shipment files, malicious content, or abusive requests through public forms. Do not attempt to interfere with the website, registration, application intake, account confirmation, or review processes.

Muftar owns or is permitted to use the website's branding, imagery, writing, and interface examples. You may view and share links to the site, but may not misrepresent, copy, or exploit its content as your own. Screens, workflows, and example loads are illustrative product previews, not live customer records, guaranteed availability, or a promise of a release date.

Future organization verification, billing, and operating modules may require separate commercial terms before activation. These terms do not set fees, billing events, cancellation rights, or access entitlements for those services.

Registration and application forms may require you to affirm that you accept the policies shown at submission time. Muftar records the accepted policy version and timestamp with the registration or application record.

The legal operator name, address, governing jurisdiction, and formal effective date remain to be confirmed. This does not expand these terms beyond the public website, free personal-account registration, inquiries, and application intake described above.
