Both identity and business verification are automated. Completion time varies and some accounts may require additional review. Organization activation is subject to verification and role permissions.
Six steps from registration to your first load
Muftar separates personal identity verification from organization verification to protect the people and businesses using the platform.

Create your free account
Start with an email address and your own Muftar login. A personal account does not by itself authorize you to manage a business.
- STEP 02
Verify your identity online
Complete the required automated identity check through Stripe Identity. This helps us confirm that people using the platform are real. Additional checks can occasionally be necessary.
- STEP 03
Create or join an organization
Verified individuals can establish a company workspace or join an existing organization's team with appropriate permissions.
- STEP 04
Verify the organization
Complete the automated business verification steps before activating protected company operations. Identity verification alone does not establish authority to represent a business.

Set up billing when needed
Review transparent pay-per-load carrier pricing, prepaid bundles, and optional service terms before processing paid loads.

Operate your first load
Prepare a load, complete its required information, assign the right people, and process when you're ready. Muftar keeps the operational record connected to documents and settlements.
Common questions before you begin
Do I need to schedule a demo?
No. You can register and begin the self-service onboarding process directly. If you need assistance, our support team can help.
Why do I need to verify my identity?
Verification is required before establishing or participating in an organization's protected operations. It reduces impersonation risk; verification is not a guarantee against every form of fraud.
Is personal identity verification enough?
No. The organization and the user's authority must also be verified before live company operations are activated.
Will I be billed when I register?
Creating a personal account is free. Carrier load processing and optional paid services are governed by their published billing terms. Review pricing before processing.
What about broker and shipper access?
Dedicated broker and shipper workspaces are being developed. The currently described carrier workflows are separate from those upcoming experiences.
