Verified current practices
The website asks for contact details and a message, not identity documents, card details, or shipment files.
Website inquiries and public applications are stored for review by authorized Muftar staff.
Personal authentication is separate from planned organization and operational data access.
Planned controls
Planned onboarding includes organization invitations or creation and role-based access. Carrier and broker registration is planned to confirm a six-digit PIN sent to the FMCSA-listed phone. That flow is not live today.
For support involving private account data, a user-controlled code is planned to be delivered in the app and by email. It would verify access for 10 minutes. This remains planned and separate from public website inquiries.
Use the public form for support or privacy concerns. Do not attach private records or payment details.
